Our story
It started with our grandparents' oil
For years, the oil from the family farm in Oroklini was known only to the family. Every November, everyone would gather for the harvest and the bottles were shared among neighbours and friends.
One day we thought: why not share it with more people? That's how OLIVAR was born. We started with our own oil and, little by little, added other producers who work just like us: slowly and with care.
Today we're a small shop with a very clear idea: to sell only what we'd put on our own table.
